You can permanently delete your account and all your personal data at any time, from within the Planur app.
This permanently and immediately deletes your account and all associated personal data. It cannot be undone.
If you’re unable to install or sign in to the app, contact us via the Contact form on theplanur.co.uk from the email address registered to your account. We’ll verify it’s you and delete your account within 30 days.
Your profile and school setup, timetable, assignments and to-dos, exams, sports fixtures, focus sessions, friends and group-study/team data, your notification token, and your subscription record with our payment provider.
Only a one-way hash of your email/phone (a deletion record with no readable personal data, so we can confirm a deletion if legally required), and records we are legally required to retain (e.g. billing records held by the app stores), for the minimum period required by law. We also delete or anonymise data from accounts left inactive for 24 months.
