Planur is designed for students aged 13 and over. We collect only what we need, never sell your data, and never show you ads. This policy explains exactly what we collect and why.
1. Who we are
Planur is operated by Planur Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us via the Contact form on this website.

We collect the following when you join our waitlist or contact us:

- Contact messages — content of messages sent via the Contact form, used solely to respond to your enquiry.
3. Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) — our interest in communicating with people who have expressed interest in Planur. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
4. Users under 18
Planur is intended for students aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
5. How we store your data
Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database provider with servers in the European Union (eu-west region). Supabase is GDPR-compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not store payment information.

All fonts are self-hosted — no requests are made to Google Fonts or any external font service. The only browser storage used is strictly necessary for the page to function.
9. How long we keep your data
- Waitlist signups — kept until Planur launches and you have had the opportunity to create an account, or until you request deletion.
- Contact messages — kept for up to 12 months after your enquiry is resolved, then deleted.
